THE CREATION
Created by Christine Nagel, Hermès parfumeur, the Un Jardin à Cythère eau de toilette is a surprising garden, which is neither green nor flowery: it has the color of the sun. The expression of an olfactory research through the Peloponnese which leads to Cythera, an uncontaminated Greek island which has inspired numerous artists.

THE OLFACTORY NOTES
A citrus and woody fragrance, the Un Jardin à Cythère eau de toilette combines the enveloping character of grasses with the strength of olive wood and the tenderness of fresh pistachio.

THE ITEM
The bottle, designed by Fred Rawyler, is inspired by the lines of vintage car lanterns. The glass comes alive with a luminous yellow shade, evocative of the sunny fragrance. On the case, the artist Elias Kafouros draws a colorful landscape of his homeland: the golden grass, the green of the olive trees, the pink of the fresh pistachios and, in the background, the blue of the sea.
